Job Description

    We Need Factory Manager ,Electrical Engineer ,Mechanical Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer

    LPG or LP Gas is Liquefied Petroleum Gas. It is a combination of Propane and Butane, either stored separately or together as a mix. These gases are liquefied at normal temperature by application of a moderate pressure increase, or at normal pressure by application of cooling using refrigeration.

     

    1. Production Management
    • Manage daily manufacturing activities to meet delivery timelines.
    • Prepare and follow production plans as per project requirements.
    • Check availability of raw materials and coordinate with the purchase team.
    • Use manpower, machines, and materials efficiently.
    1. Quality Control and Compliance
    • Ensure all products are made as per quality standards and client specifications (IOCL, BPCL, HPCL).
    • Work with the QA/QC team for in-process and final inspections.
    • Make sure all legal and safety standards related to LPG equipment are followed.
    • Arrange for third-party inspections and approvals when needed.
    1. Coordination and Communication
    • Communicate with design, purchase, stores, and project teams for smooth work flow.
    • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and inspectors during manufacturing and testing.
    • Give regular updates to the management on work progress.
    • Conduct daily meetings with supervisors to review progress and solve issues.
    1. Manpower and Shop Floor Management
    • Guide supervisors and workers on daily tasks.
    • Plan duty schedules of workers based on work load.
    • Arrange training for workers to ensure safe working practices.
    1. Equipment Testing and Commissioning
    • Manage testing activities like pneumatic, hydro, and functional tests.
    • Ensure equipment is ready for dispatch on time.
    • Support site teams during installation and commissioning if required.

     

     

    1. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
    • Make sure safety rules are followed on the shop floor.
    • Ensure all machines and testing tools are in good condition.
    • Conduct safety drills and ensure all safety items are available.
    1. Cost Control and Improvement
    • Monitor production costs and try to reduce unnecessary expenses.
    • Suggest improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
    • Follow good practices like 5S and lean manufacturing.
    1. Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain records of production, testing, inspection, and dispatch.
    • Prepare reports for management on production, downtime, and worker performance.
    • Ensure all documents are as per ISO and customer requirements.

      • Promote 5S and lean practices.
    8. Reporting & Documentation
      • Maintain records of production, testing, and dispatch.
      • Submit regular reports to management.
