Job Description:

Muthoot Finance is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. The role involves promoting and selling financial products such as Gold Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and explain loan products.

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

• Assist customers in completing application forms and documentation.

• Achieve sales targets as assigned.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of finance and banking is a plus.

• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

• Two-wheeler and license preferred (for field visits).
