Get to know the Microquery SharePoint Developer Microquery, an international rapidly growing company is seeking new team members Microquery is looking for a skilled and motivated SharePoint Developer for its enterprise information and content management platforms. The SharePoint Developer will be joining an existing team of highly skilled developers, delivering top quality web projects. This is a great opportunity for a talented SharePoint Developer with a strong grounding in the areas of workflows, site template design, page design, and custom functionality within SharePoint 2010 and 2013 environments to join an international information technology company. As a SharePoint Developer at Microquery, you will be expected to: Possess an excellent knowledge and experience of SharePoint 2007, 2010 and 2013 Servers Has expert knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2007 and 2010 Possess an excellent knowledge of SQL Server 2005 and 2008 R2 Be competent in Microsoft SharePoint Object Model Have practical experience of ASP, ASP.NET and C# Have knowledge of CSS, JQuery and JQuery UI Have a good understanding of XSLT, SSAS, SSRS and SSIS Have commercial experience of using Visual Studio 2008/ 2010 Have a good knowledge of web development tools including HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, CSS and Ajax Possess good understanding of software development life cycle Commercial experience developing with SharePoint 2007 (MOSS) Have practical experience of developing Internet web sites, SEO and Accessibility Create and maintain technical documentation relating to the system design Provide SharePoint configuration and custom C#.net development for new SharePoint implementations or changes to existing SharePoint solutions in order to meet business requirements Interact with other IT support teams, business areas and third parties in the investigation, resolution and escalation of problems and incidents, ensuring that Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets for application availability are maintained Deliver the projects within time and budget constraints whilst maintaining a strong eye for detail You will be the person who has: A good behaviour, attitude, with creative mind, down-to-earth, ambitious and must possess a friendly personality Ability to perform as a team member yet an efficient independent worker Proactive and reactive attitude towards work Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities Excellent ability to learn new skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Drive for results, with the ability to maintain focus and respond quickly within a fast paced and rapidly changing environment Ability to cope well under pressure and keep often tight deadlines The following skills will be considered an advantage: A good degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Computing is a must Knowledge of enterprise content management, knowledge management, document management, ERP, CRM environments is considered an advantage Understanding of Agile methodologies such as XP Programming and Scrum would be advantageous Knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell Experience with SharePoint Accessibility conformance (AA) Experience with HTML5 / jQuery / Mustache / Knockout Knowledge of MVC3 Continuous Integration experience with TFS SharePoint 2013 Experience with Powerview Powerpivot SharePoint deployments for Office 365, TFS and MS Project If you are looking for: A regular flow of enjoyable challenges to solve Friendly and knowledge sharing environment A chance to join an international corporation The opportunity to experience amazing Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Kanban and Adaptive Software Development (ASD) Active opportunity for professional growth A company with a social and benefits program that let you to focus on your career Tremendous opportunities for personal and career developments All the applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.Job Classification
