Administrative Duties
* Maintain and organize all site documentation permits, daily labour reports, timesheets,co ordinate with contractor.
* Ensure proper document control processes are including all labour camp and labour commission officer related issues.
* Manage site office operations, including lasining filing systems, and visitor coordination.
Coordination & Communication
* Serve as the communication link between the site team, contractors, suppliers, and head office.
* Schedule and organize site meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
* Assist the Site Manager and Project Manager with correspondence and reporting.
Health, Safety & Compliance
* Coordinate with HSE department including Maintain and update HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) records and certifications.
* Organize site inductions and ensure sign-in/out processes are followed.
* Assist in compliance reporting and support audits when required.
Payroll & Financial Support
* Collect and verify daily attendance and timesheets for site personnel.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Diploma or degree in Business Administration, or Graduate, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
* Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management or document control software
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with construction documentation and site protocols is desirable.
