Job Description

Role Objective

Trains Equip dealers, relationship managers and new hires with uptodate knowledge of equity, derivatives and other brokingsegment products; drive regulatory compliance through structured training programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum design build modular courses on Equity Cash, F&O, Currency, Commodities, Margin Trading, Algo/Online platforms.
2. Delivery conduct classroom, webinar and LMSbased sessions; 2025 training days per quarter.
3. Content refresh update materials post SEBI/NSE circulars, product launches, RMS or margin rule changes.
4. Assessment & certification create quizzes, simulator trades, scorecards; track trainee pass rates and desk KPIs.
5. Stakeholder partnership liaise with Product, Compliance and Dealing desks to capture painpoints & incorporate into training cycles.
6. Reporting maintain MIS on attendance, feedback scores and posttraining performance uplift.
