Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• To take appointments for the concerned doctor and manage queue during OPD hours.
• To coordinate with the patient & the doctor for smooth OPD functioning and to reduce waiting time for the patient
• To manage doctors calendar and make arrangements for walk-in patients
• To coordinate with lab for blood reports of patients, vaccinations, injections etc.
• To meet patients (of the concerned doctor) who are to be discharged and fixing their follow-up appointments with doctor in advance.
• Assisting & guiding patients of concerned doctor by solving their queries related to hospital & facilities provided.
• Any other job assigned by the reporting authority.

Preferred candidate profile

1-2 yrs of relevant experience

• Attention to detail
• Team player.
• Emotionally Mature.
• Good communication skills.
• Punctual and disciplined
