Role Title: Senior Executive/Manager Quality Control | Operations

Location: Bangalore


Purpose


As a Manager Quality Control responsible for end-to-end Quality data deliverables, excellence in compliance and enhanced client satisfaction. Responsible to retain a high performing team, engaged & motivated in delivering data of high quality within agreed timelines. Focus on process adherence, resourcing and talent management, general administration, legal compliance & discipline within the region.

  • Monitoring Quality Reporting and timely sharing key inputs with all stakeholders

Responsibilities

Data Quality Management:

  • Lead Go Green initiative on all Quality KPIs. Gaps identified to be plugged within timelines agreed upon.
  • Ensure standard Quality checks norms of minimum 20% BC out of which 7.5% should be PBC, 7.5% TBC & 5% AQC norms are completed within timeline and without any escapes.
  • Forecast need and ensure constant pool of freelancers for all current and future projects are developed. Taken leadership in looking beyond the curve and to look at innovative ways in generating freelance pool.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure closure on all escalations, review process gaps and manage change accordingly. Review root cause and implement solutions to plug the gaps.
  • Periodic review of existing systems and procedures in light of the rapid change in business needs and recommend changes / introduce new methods as necessary, with the end goal of maximizing Quality , resources and manpower
  • Proactively manage the work process and drive initiatives with team alignment to ensure timely delivery of Quality data.
  • Ensure staff are trained on Quality procedures of related areas and systems.
  • No tolerance to integrity issues and conducts oneself as a role model. Implement strategies to check financial losses.
  • Looking at ways of reaching the unreachable innovate ways of checking respondents in B2B projects

Stakeholder Servicing

  • Ensuring the Stakeholder are serviced on all deliverables as per mutually agreed timelines & providing solutions at all stages of data collection to ensure nil escalations.
  • Responsiveness to Stakeholder through ontime communication. Effectively manage conflicts, handle

complex issues & resolve queries. Be proactive & preventive.

  • Ensure regular updates between operation team and client servicing team to keep up on Stakeholder needs and any business development

Leadership

  • Foster a culture of collaboration by promoting inter-departmental and inter-divisional communications and teamwork
  • Identify the training needs in the region and interact with HR to address them. Evaluate the Employee Satisfaction score and develop strategies to address the need gaps
  • Coach, guide and develop managers with special focus on management skills, administrative skills, legal responsibilities and project related field issues
  • Contribute to the development of corporate policies, procedures and programs and other regional initiatives when consulted / involved by the National head.
  • Participate in local and regional / sub-regional task force / committees as well as other projects as part of continuing leadership development

People Management

In coordination with HR, ensuring vacancies as per sanctioned budget is closed within target TAT

  • Ensuring induction is completed as per the induction training module
  • Ensure each employee is clear on their KPIs and aware where they stand through regular feedback
  • Utilize the Performance Management Systems to communicate development plans for direct reports
  • Establish high standards of performance and hold managers firmly accountable for meeting those standards
  • Provide support, recognition and feedback to assist employees achieve their performance standards
  • Act as coach, guide and mentor to employees
  • Contribute to driving world class employee satisfaction through the implementation of relevant organizational initiatives that build on employee commitment
