Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition @ Jagran New Media

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, documentation, conducting background checks, offer negotiation and on-boarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers/ stakeholders to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions
• Proactively source candidates through internal job postings (IJPs), various job portals & social media platforms within assigned TATs of various roles and levels
• Ensure world class candidate experience in the overall candidate lifecycle management process
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment dashboards on HRMS
• Assist in employer branding efforts such as job fairs, campus hiring and social media campaigns
• Coordinate and conduct new employee on-boarding process ensuring candidate satisfaction in synergies with HR Ops, HRBP & Learning function.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA with 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition. Must have design thinking, solution mindset & focus on execution. Prior experience of media industry will be an added advantage.
