• The UI/UX design process across Dentalkartweb and mobile platforms
  
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visuals
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, tech, and marketing
  
• Maintain and evolve our design system and UI style guidelines
  
• Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve design solutions

Requirements Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio in e-commerce
  
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
  
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
  
• Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability evaluation
  
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
  
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  
• Portfolio submission is mandatory

• Bachelordegree in Design (B.Des.) or a related field
  
• Experience mentoring or managing junior designers
  
• Understanding of e-commerce and quick commerce conversion optimization techniques
