Job Title: HR Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and a strong understanding of recruitment tools and strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
  
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
  
• Skilled in various sourcing techniques, including online sourcing and networking
  
• Familiarity with employee referral programs and talent pipelines
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
