2. Lead the strategic planning process for complex real estate projects
3. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
4. Implement and optimize project management methodologies and tools
5. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
6. Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery
7. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client goals and JLL standards
8. Facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders
9. Analyze project data and prepare insightful reports for senior management
10. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices in project planning.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master's degree preferred
8+ years of experience in project planning and management, preferably in real estate or construction
Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) highly desired
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and planning tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation projects is a plus
