We are hiring Technology Program Manager who can join us in short notice.
Experience: 10+ years
Location: Mumbai
Notice: 0 to 30 days
Roles & Responsibilities:
- This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking and changes management expertise.
- Engineering experience across the API/ Microservices, Cloud/ Native Platform, Containerization, and Cloud Operations
- Strong expertise on one of the integration technologies IBM DataPower, Tibco, MuleSoft, etc. delivering highly scalable, secured, resilient and reliable services while ensuring cost optimization
- Strong expertise on DevSecOps
- Strong knowledge of SDLC Processes
- Experience in a Bank is good to have along with exposure to handling regulators
- Implementation of Modern Monitoring/ Observability stack for effective IT Production Operations.
- Interactions with business leaders/stakeholders, Vendors, and internal teams for effective delivery
- Strong knowledge of IT Security processes and frameworks for Production Environment Management
- No. of reportees 3-5 direct reportees
Overall Job Description
- Delivers robust, highly scalable cloud native API platform
- Manages the demand from various stakeholders across the bank and plan to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Maintains documentation of systems, maps and architectural diagrams, procedures, end user documentation and technical information.
- Delivers on cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Delivers pipelines with DevSecOps & SRE practices, to multiple environments.
- Delivers automation of DR.
- Improve technology platforms stability, performance, scalability, and fault tolerance across all IT systems. Troubleshoot recurring issues and running the triage for problem solving/RCA.
- Actively participating in evaluation of new deliveries and optimization of journeys
- Managing the technical delivery of various integrations
- Scrum Master
- Ensure timely deliveries within cost and schedule without any compromise on quality.
- Good Vendor Management Skills
- Coordinate with the Solution Delivery Group, Business and Development Team for implementation of change request.
