Job Description

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify pain points, and document functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Solution Design: Work with developers to design and customize workflows, reports, and integrations that align with business needs while ensuring optimal platform usage.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that delivered solutions meet business objectives and function as expected.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on new functionalities and offer ongoing support for ServiceNow-related queries and troubleshooting.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows, suggest improvements, and implement best practices to streamline processes using the ServiceNow platform.
