Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist the Line Manager and VP Engineering in Planning & Schedule management, Resource Scheduling, Reporting & Documentation.
  • As per the instructions of management prepare agenda, call a meeting, take meeting notes and officially circulate it to all stake holders.
  • Compile the contractors micro schedule in line with the Master Schedule and monitor the Project Progress, every fort night tracking using MS Project.
  • Co-ordination with all Civil, Interiors and MEP Engineers to generate the reports.
  • Assist Line Manager in reviewing the project time schedule, providing the project planning with the updated activities due to site conditions and variations.
  • Assist the Line Manager in conducting site meetings at regular intervals and prepare minutes of meeting, circulating & constant follow ups, update the points discussed.
  • Assist in preparation of overall master schedule for the project.
  • Responsibility of highlighting the management and Line Manager on the mile stone, targets.
  • Coordination with in house architects and prepares the drawing registers and maintain the documentation at the site.
  • Assist the Contracts Manager to prepare and track the Cash Flow & Cost control
  • Assist the Line Manager to compile the bids along with support from Contracts Manager.
  • Identify long lead items in co-ordination with the Line manager , prepare and maintain the Procurement tracker.
  • Prepare and maintain construction schedules, material tracker, and daily manpower requirement, daily, weekly & monthly reports.
  • Assist the Project Manager to identify the risk and prepare risk matrix.
  • Co-ordination with the Accounts & Finance, Procurement team for Bought-out items to site.
  • Assist Project Manager in construction documentation, check lists and Equipment manuals and test reports until handing over to the operations.
  • Maintain site instruction book, design variation register, drawing logs, GFC & Shop drawings, as built drawings.
  • Mandatory working knowledge in AUTOCAD, MS Project, Primavera.

Preferred candidate profile


BE Civil/Arch with at least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
