Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

We are a rapidly growing interior turnkey solution company based in Gurugram, specializing in end-to-end residential interiors, modular kitchens & wardrobes, and civil execution. With a strong network of manufacturing and execution partners, we aim to deliver high-quality, design-driven spaces across NCR. We are expanding and looking for passionate design leaders to join our core team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from concept to completion for residential and modular kitchen/wardrobe clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Prepare and present mood boards, 2D layouts, 3D renders, and material selections.
- Knowledge on BOQ and estimations are must, must know how to prepare it
- Coordinate with the execution team, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and resolve on-site design and execution issues.
- Mentor junior designers and oversee design quality across multiple projects.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and finishes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in residential interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering software (like V-Ray, Lumion, or similar).
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience in turnkey execution or modular furniture is a plus.
