Job Description

Responsibility involves reviewing and analysing comprehensive medical records to identify key clinical events, treatment timelines, and the overall patient care journey. This includes extracting relevant medical data, interpreting clinical findings, and preparing clear, well-structured case summaries and highlighting clinically significant events throughout the patients' treatment journey.


The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of clinical protocols, standard patient management practices, and a sound ability to assess the quality of care delivered. A keen eye for identifying deviations from standard treatment guidelines, lapses in care, or potential medical negligence is essential. The role requires the ability to interpret and organize complex clinical information into a logical, well-organized pattern that supports legal, insurance, or healthcare-related evaluations. A good understanding of the US healthcare system and laws is essential for reviewing medical records and medico-legal documentation.


Key Skills:

  • Strong clinical knowledge with an understanding of medical terminologies, pharmacology, disease pathology, and standard treatment protocols.
  • Ability to identify various medical documents
  • Ability to retrieve key medical data from voluminous and unstructured medical documents
  • Excellent English writing and comprehension skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and tools
