Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Agent-to-Agent Communication Pipelines
- Optimization and Observability
- Knowledge Graph Traversal and Reasoning
- Planning, reasoning, and executing actions based on retrieved context
- Reinforcement Learning Algorithms
- Group Relative Policy Optimization GRPO
- Transformer Model Fine-Tuning and Production Optimization
- Adapter Layer Fine-Tuning based on feedback and performance metrics
- Deployment of multiple adapter layers in production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into our existing systems and workflow
- Participate in AI research and systems architecture discussions and code reviews
- Conduct data engineering and analysis to improve model accuracy and efficiency
- Bonus: Multimodal Applied AI
- Image Encoding and Retrieval
- Speech-to-Text Applications
Preferred candidate profile :
- Hands-on experience in machine learning, natural language processing, and AI technologies
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (Ex. TensorFlow, Pytorch)
- Experience with developing and deploying large language models either cloud or on-premise
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps
- Prior experience in a similar industry is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Requirement:
- Graduates of good school (IITs, NITs, IIITs) studied CS or related ML fields + 3 years of work or PhD research exp preferably in Applied ML/AI
or - Experienced Working Professionals with 10+ years of experience and worked on DL/AI in their last project(s)
