Job Description

• 
  
• Create new Channel Partners for selling affordable projects.
• Maintain relationship and create new strategy to marketing our project.
• Handle Channel Partner to help them for walk in customers for residential projects.
• Experienced in Institutional sales
• Preparing strategies along with direct sales team and delivering them.
• Addressing initial customer inquiries & responding accordingly
• Developing new customers base and maintaining current customer database
• After sales Channel partner's coordination
• Surveying and making marketing plans and strategies.

Required Candidate profile

• 5 to 8 yrs. experience in Real Estate Channel and Institutional Sales is Must
• Proven track records of mobilizing adequate channel sales partners for multiple projects
• Excellent coordination skills with direct sales and marketing team
• Dynamic and individual contributor
