Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Support Executive Email & Chat for handling international customers. The candidate will be responsible for providing timely and professional responses to customer queries via email and live chat platforms. This role demands excellent written English communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain a calm and positive attitude under pressure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback via email and chat in a courteous and timely manner
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow communication protocols and company guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical/support/logistics) to resolve customer issues
  • Meet daily productivity and quality standards
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2-10 years of experience in customer support (Email/Chat international)
  • Excellent command over written English
  • Proficient with customer support tools and MS Office
