International Sales Manager @ Ultra Media

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to expand our global customer base and drive international revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends in targeted regions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in assigned territories.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with international clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, Product Development) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
• 4 - 10 years of experience in international sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations, Incoterms, and export logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
