Job Title: Senior Agency Manager - Life Insurance
Salary budget: up to 7 LPA
Job Description:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Agency Manager to drive sales growth, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the life insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of insurance advisors to achieve business targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and mentor agents to improve sales skills and productivity
- Coordinate appointments, close deals, and meet sales targets while maintaining quality standards
- Develop business plans, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job training
- Design and execute promotional activities to drive business growth
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance

Work Style:
- Dynamic mix of office and field work, including client meetings and agent recruitment
- Opportunity to build a strong network and develop relationships with clients and agents
- Commission-based model offering unlimited earning potential

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year of experience as a Channel Manager in the life insurance industry

Compensation:
- Attractive incentives on sales and agent recruitment
- Reimbursements and additional incentives above CTC
- Monthly allowance of CEO club: 17,500 to 75,000 per month
- Additional benefits, including:
- International trips (Switzerland and Cairo)
- Tab and attire allowance (Suit, Blazer, Shirts, T-shirts, Ties)
- Assistant and Tab support
- Special product credits
- 50,000 for every MDRT creation
- Incentive on team FYC up to 100%
- Quarterly HNI leads
- Customer retention budget (15,000 to 30,000 annually)
