Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager with proven experience in Odoo ERP to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting operations, and Odoo software usage. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and improving the overall financial performance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting through Odoo ERP.

• Supervise and mentor the accounting team and support their professional development.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.

• Conduct regular account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.

• Monitor company cash flow, identify financial risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

• Collaborate with other departments to deliver actionable financial insights.

• Ensure full compliance with local tax laws and handle tax filings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on Odoo ERP experience.

• In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Strong command of Odoo accounting, inventory, and invoicing modules.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
