Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase online presence and drive qualified traffic to the website.

• Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid campaign performance.

• Oversee company social media accounts and create engaging content aligned with our brand voice.

• Design, build, and maintain email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.

• Monitor website analytics and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency and effectiveness in campaign execution.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
