Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end digital marketing activities for the company.

• Design and execute WhatsApp Marketing Campaigns using Bulk WhatsApp API tools.

• Create digital creatives, posters, and promotional material using Canva.

• Conduct lead generation through Google Maps data mining and relevant industry directories.

• Utilize ChatGPT or similar AI tools to create engaging content, client responses, and marketing captions.

• Handle quick communication with potential customers across platforms like WhatsApp, Email, and Web inquiries.

• Regularly post product updates and industry content on our Google Business, Instagram, and other platforms.

• Coordinate with management for campaign planning and new product launches.

• Monitor digital marketing performance and provide regular reports on campaign reach, engagement, and conversion.

Required Skills:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Digital Marketing principles (SEO, SMM, WhatsApp marketing).

• Experience with Bulk WhatsApp API tools and campaign execution.

• Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI-based content creation.

• Canva skills to design creative and professional-looking posts.

• Ability to extract business data from Google Maps and other online sources.

• Good written communication in English; Tamil or Hindi proficiency is a plus.

• Strong sense of responsibility for timely replies and follow-ups with customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing / Digital Media / Business Administration or any related field.

• Previous experience in Industrial B2B marketing or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
