Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Odoo Senior Developer with over 3 years of hands-on expertise in Odoo development, customization, and system integration. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of Odoos architecture, who can develop advanced modules and integrate Odoo with third-party systems. You'll collaborate with functional consultants and clients to deliver customized, high-performance ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on client specifications.

• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure business requirements are fully met.

• Perform third-party system integrations (APIs, web services).

• Optimize performance through code refinement and database tuning.

• Analyze client processes and deliver technical solutions within Odoo.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Provide technical support, issue resolution, and post-implementation services.

• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Apply updates, patches, and version upgrades while maintaining system stability.

• Contribute to the SDLCanalysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Train and mentor junior developers and share best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional Odoo development experience (frontend & backend).

• Expert in Python and Odoos development framework.

• In-depth knowledge of Odoo ORM, API, and custom module creation.

• Skilled in PostgreSQL database management and optimization.

• Familiarity with Odoo technical stack: views, workflows, reports, QWeb templates.

• Experience working with Odoo v12 or newer.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; knowledge of jQuery, React, or Vue.js is a plus.

• Experience integrating Odoo with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

• Strong grasp of software design patterns and modular architecture.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Odoo development certification is a strong plus.

• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a bonus).
