Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
• Develop comprehensive project plans , roadmaps , and project charters , clearly defining goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
• Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to drive project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews as needed.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks , ensuring effective issue resolution and minimizing project impact.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and risks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance across teams.
