Hiring for Diploma Engineering Trainee (DET) Production Department 100+ Positions Daily Walk-in Drive 2.5 Lakhs Per Annum Salary   Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Diploma Engineering Trainees (DET) to join our Manufacturing Team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh diploma graduates to kickstart their careers in a hands-on, fast-paced industrial environment.   Roles & Responsibilities:
• Work in Production areas such as Assembly, Tanking, Core Assembly, Winding, Coiling, and Inspection
• Operate machines, assist senior technicians, and ensure product quality
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations
• Be open to learning new tools, equipment, and processes
• Support daily manufacturing activities and maintain cleanliness on the shop floor
Eligibility Criteria:
• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (DME / DEEE)
• Experience: 0- 5 Year (Freshers Welcome)
• Age Limit: 18-30 Years
• Shift: Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Basic Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical theory
• Good communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
• Team player and proactive attitude
