Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups

• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms

• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly

• Coordinate and support onboarding formalities for new joiners

• Assist in employee documentation and HR record management

• Help in organizing training sessions, meetings, and HR activities

• Learn and assist in payroll, performance management, and HR compliance

• Handle day-to-day HR queries and support the HR team in various tasks
