Job Description

Job Title: Team Lead BIM
Location: Aurangabad
No. of Positions: 4

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced BIM Team Lead to oversee and manage BIM projects and a team of modelers and coordinators. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in BIM standards and have strong technical expertise in various BIM software. They will also demonstrate leadership qualities and project management capabilities to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage BIM teams across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.
Oversee project execution from initiation to completion while ensuring adherence to quality and timeline.
Review models and drawings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM standards.
Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders for design development and model coordination.
Provide training and mentoring to team members to ensure continuous technical development.
Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to optimize workflows and resolve project challenges.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of project progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Additional certifications in BIM or project management (preferred).

Software Proficiency:

Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP)
AutoCAD
Navisworks
Knowledge of project tracking tools and model coordination platforms

Experience:

5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
Minimum 2 years in a leadership or project management role within a BIM environment.
