We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety and design regulations. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative and functional spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs, concepts, and blueprints based on client needs and project requirements.
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and compliance.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Research materials, sustainability solutions, and construction methods for innovative and efficient designs.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Present design proposals and modifications to clients and stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
Excellent problem-solving, creativity, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Licensure or certification (if required in your region).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sustainable design and green building practices.
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
Portfolio of past projects demonstrating design capabilities.
