Location: Kolkata

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: 14,500 16,500 per month + Attractive Incentives

Age Limit: Up to 32 years

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome

Qualification: Any Graduate

 

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and result-oriented individuals for the position of Business Development Executive in our Home Loan Department at our Kolkata office. This role involves actively promoting and selling home loan products to prospective customers and developing strong client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels including field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

 

• Meet and exceed sales targets for home loan products.

 

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation process to customers.

 

• Follow up with clients and ensure timely processing of applications.

 

• Maintain a strong database of prospects and clients.

 

• Coordinate with internal teams and financial institutions for smooth processing.

 

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.

 

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
