We are seeking an AM Administration for a leading Manufacturing MNC.
Job Profile:
Administration of purchase & vendor development with adherence to the group purchase guidelines
Maintain Liaison & Collaborate with stakeholders from government/regulatory bodies on updates/matters related to building/facility safety requirements
Execute & maintain AMCs to ensure efficiency and compliance
Provide strategic administrative support to plant operations, business units, and cross-functional teams.
Manage and optimize administrative expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.
Manage Petty Cash with accountability and transparency
Execute facilities activities in compliance with ITPL safety, health and environment requirements and regulations and report issues for managements attention, if any.
Develop and maintain efficient administration of fleet services performance standards, policies and procedures compliance (e.g. safety, health and environment, transport regulations, etc.)
Any other responsibilities related to the function can be assigned from time to time
Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
Update content/changes to organizations administration and support services policies and procedures on a periodical basis
Office Assets maintenance tracker /register to be devised for conduct regular checks and upkeep.
Consistent checks Office upkeep & facility to ensure zero incident reporting Frequency: Monthly/Quarterly and Yearly as per the Job
Manage Lease agreement & do timely renewals- with ZERO Delay
Monitoring Housekeeping & Service contracts of corporate assets
Improve cost efficiency & standards of administration by Monitoring Civil & Electrical repair
Drive and Execute all employee engagement activity at Corporate office , Pantry Management Food Essentials , Dine arrangements as an when required, Complete responsibility for Office Celebrations, get together etc.
Cheapest fare bookings with zero Cancellations charges.
Corporate Tie ups with Hotel (Pan India presence) at the best discounted rate & at Head Office location for room tariffs and event.
Manage MDs Calendar, Travel & Ticketing
Lead Pre-employment health / annual Check-ups/ Stationary- Visiting cards / Desk Set up/ Back end support to Recruitment team etc.

Complete management of Office upkeep and hygiene in office premises- Achieve Feedback Quarterly Score 3.5/ 5

Oversee & Manage reception upkeep ,registers and Attendance for Officers, Visitor, Clients & Phone calls , Courier services
Manage complete printing and stationery with a optimization of cost
Manage complete branding execution work
Requirements:
Any Graduate
Experience of handling general & plant administration for over 6+ years.
Must have managed travel portal.
Internal customers (Employee) is of prime importance.
Extend timely support to facilitate the business to achieve its goals.
Handling entire Travel Desk including booking flights, hotels, cabs, etc.
Should have a strong database of Vendors
Should have experience in Gifting
Experience managing MDs calendar
Petty Cash Management
Should be willing to travel to Plants (Once or twice a month)
Excel Skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables)
Experience in creating PO & PR in SAP
Should be residing someplace near to office to travel in case of emergency
