Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ALM Administrator with expertise in UFT Administration to support test management, automation, and performance monitoring across the enterprise testing landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and customizing the ALM environment, administering UFT components, handling troubleshooting activities, and supporting APLS and LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE) platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

ALM Administration:

• Manage user access, roles, and permissions in ALM/QC.

• Perform ALM server maintenance, patch upgrades, and performance tuning.

• Customize ALM workflows, fields, and modules using VBScript.

• Create and manage ALM projects, domains, and templates.

• Monitor ALM logs and troubleshoot application issues.

UFT Administration:

• Install, configure, and upgrade UFT across multiple environments.

• Manage UFT licenses and troubleshoot execution or object recognition issues.

• Integrate UFT with ALM for test execution and reporting.

• Maintain shared object repositories, function libraries, and automation frameworks.

Customization & Troubleshooting:

• Customize ALM and UFT based on project needs.

• Investigate and resolve integration, access, and automation execution issues.

• Support CI/CD tool integrations (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) with UFT and ALM.

APLS & LRE Administration:

• Administer Application Lifecycle Process Server (APLS) configurations.

• Support and maintain LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE) infrastructure.

• Assist in test scheduling, monitoring, and result analysis within LRE.
