Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop artwork for packaging design, including carton design, label creation, and printing specifications.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects from concept to production.
- Collaborate with printers to resolve any issues related to printing quality or format compatibility.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical packaging designs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in artwork management, design development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of printing processes (e.g., offset printing) and packaging materials (e.g., cartons).
- Proficiency in creating digital files for printing (e.g., PDFs) using software such as Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Excellent project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
