Job Description


Role & responsibilities


Sales Strategy & Execution:


> Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
> Identify and engage potential clients; understand their business needs to offer tailored modernization solutions.
> Conduct technical site evaluations and feasibility studies to recommend suitable formwork systems.
> Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial contracts to clients.
> Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability and high customer satisfaction.
> Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools.


Client Relationship Management:


> Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
> Organize and lead site visits, helping clients understand the product and its value proposition.
> Follow up proactively with leads to convert them into successful business engagements.
> Leverage industry knowledge to help clients make informed purchase decisions.


Market Intelligence & Networking:


> Stay informed about trends in the formwork industry, competitor pricing, and emerging market opportunities.
> Network actively with industry professionals to gather insights and strengthen the brands market presence.


Preferred candidate profile


Education & Experience:


> Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) is mandatory.
> Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.


Skills & Competencies:


> Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
> Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for business decision-making.
> Self-driven with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
> Solid knowledge of major construction companies and practices across India.
