- Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proficient in creating and managing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and notifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalogue, and Knowledge Management.
- ServiceNow ITOM - CMDB, Event management to allow ServiceNow to receive, correlate, and manage alerts or events from monitoring tools like Grafana, Solve, ControlM, OEM.
- Orchestration to automate workflows.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other monitoring, incident management, and IT operations tools using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, webhooks, and other methods to pull data from external systems into ServiceNow.
- Experience integrating third-party monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, etc., with ServiceNows Event Management to automate incident creation.
- Strong experience in configuring and maintaining ServiceNow integrations with other platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience with ServiceNow integration and REST API.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of advanced reporting capabilities in ServiceNow.
