Patient Care Coordinator @ Narayana Health (NH)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Welcome, identify and address patients at the entrance in a professional manner.
2. Help patients in registering/ billing / escort the Cash & TPA patients to service areas.
3. Escort and assist patients requiring special attention
4. Accompany patients throughout their hospital stay.
5. Coordinate patient movement between different departments like radiology, lab, pharmacy, billing, discharge etc.
6. Assist patients in getting further treatment and admission as advised by the treating doctor.
7. Be available and accessible on mobile phone as a single point of contact for assigned patients.
8. Follow up with patients and staff to ensure that all queries and processes are resolved in a timely manner.
9. Collect feedback from patients & escalate report to customer care supervisor for taking corrective measures.
10. Be an ambassador for the NH culture and ensure that patients receive a world class customer experience in our hospital
