Customer Service & CRM Expertise: Strong understanding of customer service operations, CRM systems, contact center solutions, and patient communication platforms. Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile development, sprint planning, backlog management, and tools like JIRA and Confluence. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions. Data Analysis & Decision-Making: Ability to define and track KPIs, analyze product performance, and optimize features based on data-driven insights. Healthcare Compliance & Regulations: Knowledge of industry standards such as HIPAA, ensuring data security and regulatory compliance. Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams, customers, and executives. Good-to-Have Skills: Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Experience in defining long-term product vision based on market trends and customer needs. Experience in AI/ML & Automation: Understanding of AI-driven customer support, chatbots, and automation in contact center solutions. UI/UX Understanding: Ability to work with design teams to create user-friendly interfaces. Experience in Healthcare SaaS Products: Background in software products designed for healthcare customer service or patient engagement.,
