We are in Search of Dynamic Business Development Manager for Pharma Contract Manufacturing, as detailed below:

 

Company Profile: The multidivisional organization having diversified interests in Ethical Formulations, Bulk Drug, Ayurvedic Medicine, Healthcare, Herbal Products and Bio-technology, seeds and Tissue Culture.

 

Position : Business Development - Contract Manufacturing

 

Location : Vile Parle -Mumbai

 

Qualification : B.Pharm / MSc

 

Job Profile

1. Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and partnerships.

2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer retention.

3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

5. Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.

6. Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize promotional strategies.

7. Prepare and present business proposals to stakeholders.

8. Track and analyses sales performance metrics.

 

Candidate Profile

1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2.  Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

6. Industry experience in pharmaceuticals.
