Job Description

    1. Business Development & Counter Expansion Identify and onboard reputed jewellery stores as partners for setting up Kisna sales counters. Conduct market research to assess store viability, customer demographics, and location potential. Negotiate terms and agreements with store owners to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership. Oversee the setup of Kisna counters, ensuring proper branding, display, and inventory management. 2. In-Store Sales & Customer Engagement Actively engage with walk-in customers, educating them about Kisnas diamond and gold jewellery collection. Demonstrate product features, USPs, and craftsmanship to enhance the customers buying experience. Collaborate with partner store staff to ensure effective cross-selling and upselling. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. 3. Relationship & Partner Management Build and nurture strong relationships with jewellery store owners, managers, and sales teams. Act as the primary point of contact between Kisna and the partner stores, ensuring smooth operations. Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide guidance, and resolve any operational challenges. Organize training sessions for store staff to enhance their understanding of Kisnas product range, pricing, and customer engagement strategies. 4. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each partner stores customer base. Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective selling techniques. Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize revenue generation. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and in-store activations to boost brand visibility and sales. 5. Inventory & Merchandising Management Monitor inventory levels at each partner stores Kisna counter to ensure adequate stock availability. Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams for timely replenishment of fast-moving products. Ensure that the product display aligns with brand guidelines and market trends. 6. Market Insights & Reporting Track competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry trends to provide actionable insights. Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and business performance reviews to the management team. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement region-specific promotions and offers
