Job Description
- Design social media creatives, digital banners, brand decks, and digital ads across platforms.
- Create viral-worthy memes that suit different brand tones witty, bold, quirky, or informative.
- Edit reels and video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects everything from raw cut to final polish.
- Write short-form content for memes and reels fun intros, overlays, and captions that land.
- Assist in creating visual content for branding projects, product packaging, and even offline designs like brochures or hoardings.
- Work with our content and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life from concept to final creative.
- Stay up to date with design trends, social media formats, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Juggle multiple design projects at once while keeping quality high and timelines tight.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- A solid portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design, social media work, memes, and video reels.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts (even for your own channel counts!).
- An understanding of meme culture, trending audio formats, and what performs well on social media.
- Some experience with copywriting or writing short, catchy lines for videos and creatives.
- A good design sense and attention to detail layouts, typography, balance, and brand consistency.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, take feedback, and push creative boundaries.
- Motion graphics experience
- Canva or Figma knowledge
- Animation basics
- Experience working with multiple brand voices
- Any creative hobby that makes you cooler photography, gaming, storytelling, etc.
