Job Description

We are looking for fresh graduates who have good communication skills and strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Shift Timing:
  • Initial Shift Time: 11-8 pm
  • Later on: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (Rotational Weekoffs)
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network issues.
  • Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours.
  • Be responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
  • Basic application support knowledge.
  • Individual must be flexible to work for extended hours, if required (open work on 24/7 support, rotational shifts)
  • IT Support, non-voice process.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
Technical Skills
  • Should understand basic IT related technical terms like MS Exchange, Active directory, office 365, memory, server, CPU, network, IP address, active directory, Microsoft exchange, cloud, windows server, DHCP, DNS etc.
  • Prior Experience in infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.
Preferred Certifications
Any Azure (AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, AZ-104) Or Microsoft 365 ( MS-500, MS-900, M365, O365 ), Any Cloud, Windows Server Administration,
Education
Candidates with 75% and above in 10th, 12th and Degree (Mandatory).
  • BE. / B. Tech with Computer Science or IT
  • BCA /MCA
  • B. Sc. / M. Sc. (IT)
  • Electronics Engineering and Electronics and Telecom Engineering
