Job Description
- Expert at probing IT requirements in conjunction with the Sales team and presenting an appropriate solution to Clients and Prospects.
- Liaise with ops team to vet the solutions designed before customer presentation.
- Work with Projects to define the Project Schedule and ensure timely delivery of solution.
- Description of solution (technical).
- High level and low level network diagrams o Coordinate with ops to get proof of concept testing.
- Work with Sales team to prepare the Bill of material / SOW.
- Final Dealing from customer and Highlight associated risks and assumptions.
- Provide coordination support to operations teams during implementation.
- Experience of min 3-7 years in Solution Designing for Managed Services/ Datacenter services and Cloud Services.
- 4 10 years experience in IT industry; latest 3-4 years of relevant experience with Service Provider Organization.
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Technologies Data Center services such as Windows Server, Storage, Virtualization, Networking and Security, Clustering, Mail Systems, etc. in an enterprise Infrastructure environment.
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery.
- Hands on experience in Cloud services (public and private) including AWS/ Azure/Vmware/ HyperV/KVM.
- Ability in writing technical documentation.
- Should be able to perform capacity planning and provide recommendations .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
- Exposure to creation of Proposals and scope of work.
- Hands on experience on Platform building support, Assessments and Audits.
- Technical certification (MCSE, CCNA, ITIL) or equipment specific courses .
