Position Overview:
As the Systems Administrator for Network and Security, youll be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of connectivity, security, and employee support are being employed here at HealthEdge. As part of our Center of Excellence division, youll work closely with other team members in the IT and Security organization to empower our employees and protect the business from the ever-evolving threat landscape.
About Center of Excellence:
Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case of HealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions and allow the enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals.
Your Impact:
- Youll play a pivotal role in maintaining HealthEdges strong security posture, ensuring we have comprehensive visibility of our ecosystem and the ability to rapidly respond to threats.
- Youll maintain our Corporate network infrastructure, working to ensure connectivity is configured optimally. Youll be a subject matter expert when troubleshooting is required, documenting everything along the way.
- Administering our predominantly Windows Active Directory networks will be a focus, ensuring system health and integrations are ideal.
- Operating our security tool stack in both an engineering and Security Operations Center (SOC) capacity will be a key capability. Youll be the primary contact in our Bangalore India office.
- Youll be an exemplar with embracing change management. Hyper vigilance with communication and expertise at cross-team collaborating are table stakes for this role.
- Optimizing our investments in tooling to make the whole greater than the sum of its parts is part of our teams charter, your contributions are critical.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in system administration, network engineering, and cybersecurity
- Experience with wired and wireless LANs and associated protocols
- Experience with firewall configurations and best practices
- Strong Active Directory experience
- Experience operating security capabilities such as CASB, ZTNA tooling, vulnerability management, EDR, and SIEM technologies.
- Proficiency in common scripting languages
- Excellence in bridge building and educating the workforce
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
