Manager/ Senior Manager - SOLR/ Elastic Search @ Hungama

Job Description

• Development and supporting applications on SOLR/ Elastic Search Technology Platform and Engine configuration.
• Integrating SOLR/Elastic Search Search with Music Platforms with PHP and Node JS based applications.
• Implementation and Support Experience.
• Configuring and supporting the SOLR Platform implementation, Support Business users in fine tuning the existing implementation and maintaining rules.
• Incorporate enhancements for new features.
• Code and test(Unit and System Test) application components.
• Need knowledge and experience with the latest data technologies and frameworks such as ZooKeeper, MongoDB, NoSQL.
• Machine learning is something which is a very important skill to know to do this job. Knowing about the pattern recognition, segmentation, targeting and retargeting, search, and recommendation should have experience in building audience profiling platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in Php.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining SOLR/Elastic Search.
• Exposure to writing and deploying custom components in Solr/Elastic Search.
• Hands on experience with Solr 5.x/Elastic Search 6.x.
• Strong experience in programming languages (PHP) and latest technologies such as Python, Redis, Elastic Search, Solr.
• At least one implementation experience on processing low latency, data streaming, search recommendation and big data platform.
• Ownership/ self-initiative skills and proactive problem solver.
• Must have intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and a positive approach.
• Passionate, energetic, enthusiastic, creative and takes initiative.
