Job Title: Azure Cloud/Stack HCI Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Location: Pune (Kharadi)
Experience: 6+ years in IT Infrastructure Solutions, with 4+ years in Azure Cloud
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Azure Incident Management:
- Act as a 3rd line resolver for support tickets related to Azure platforms.
- Provide technical leadership to L1 & L2 teams and ensure tickets meet SLA.
- Share knowledge and expertise with junior team members.
- Service Delivery Automation:
- Automate workflows/scripts to solve common issues in customer environments.
- Improve efficiency and streamline operations using automation tools.
- Escalation Management:
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the professional service team or Microsoft Premier Support for timely resolution.
- Knowledge Management:
- Lead the process of knowledge exchange and sharing internally to improve team expertise and operations.
Microsoft Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture (AZ-300 & AZ-301) / Azure Networking (AZ-700).
- Azure Stack HCI and Azure Stack Hardware Management (1+ year of experience).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Azure Infrastructure and Azure Network.
- Expertise in Azure Monitor, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery.
- Azure Active Directory deployment with on-premises Active Directory integration.
- Implement and manage network-to-network connectivity with Azure Virtual Network Gateways and ExpressRoute.
- Deployment of Azure networking, load balancing, security, and storage services on Microsoft Azure.
- Migration of existing infrastructure resources to Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Azure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Identity Access Management (IAM).
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure solutions.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Azure public cloud.
- At least 1 year of experience in Azure Stack HCI.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Azure Monitor and Azure Stack Hardware Management.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of network planning, design, and management.
