Business Analyst @ Cloudnow Technologies

• CloudNow, a company born in the cloud, has embarked on many exciting projects this year. We are looking for smart, intuitive Business Analysts (BAs) who can help to document and solution requirements for projects in the fields of application modernization and data migration. As a BA, you will be an integral part of the development team, and will have many opportunities to showcase your contributions. Candidates who show early promise and a desire to learn will be given opportunities to take on Agile Scrum roles like Scrum Master and Product Owner. Responsibilities:

• Support Scrum teams by gathering client requirements and facilitating clarity in meeting project goals and criteria
• Support client needs by providing solutions in line with their business requirements, while working within the confines of technical budget feasibility
• Prepare User stories to convey and ensure there is clarity between the team and the client. Support in preparation of Technical Design Document, estimates and product back-log items.
• Support pre-sales, and solution teams in creating use-cases to solve for successful outcomes
• Familiarity with project management tools, to prepare work breakdown structure for projects and track the status of the ongoing, upcoming and completed tasks

Skills Experience

• Strongly familiar with Case Sequential Diagrams, BRD, FSD and Techno-Functional documentation
• Passionate about solving problems
• Experienced in Agile methodologies
• Eager to learn new technologies, and has displayed this desire in past experiences (not necessarily at work)
• Experienced in capturing and documenting product requirements, and thinking through additional feature sets
• Experienced in handling client interactions with documentation to demonstrate a complete understanding of requirements
• Exposure to any of the following domains is a plus but not a must: HRMS, BFSI, Service, ERP

Qualifications:

• BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent degree with a computer science background
• Scrum certification
