Job Title: Back End Developer

Company: Manah Dynamics

Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site)

Experience: 6+ years of professional back-end development experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js
• Model and manage data in MongoDB, ensuring high availability and optimal performance
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2)
• Optimize application performance through caching (Redis), profiling, and code tuning
• Containerize services using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
• Integrate with message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka) for asynchronous processing
• Ensure code quality via automated tests (JUnit, Mocha/Chai) and static analysis (SonarQube)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with front-end, QA, and DevOps teams
• Mentor junior developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and apply fixes

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field
• Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with GraphQL and event-driven systems
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Exposure to CI/CD security scanning tools
