Position: Human Resources (HR) Executive
Key responsibilities:
Recruitment:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to on boarding.
2. Identify innovative hiring channels, both online and offline.
3. Collaborate with team managers to create job descriptions and assessment criteria.
4. Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and talent pool analyses.
Operations:
1. On boarding & off boarding: Coordinate new hire on boarding, including documentation and orientation, and manage exit procedures for off boarding employees.
2. Leave & Attendance Management: Oversee employee attendance records, process leave requests, and ensure accurate tracking in HR systems.
3. Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records.
4. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure HR operations comply with labour laws and generate reports for HR leadership on key metrics.
5. Engage in employee activities and contribute to training and development.
Requirements:
1. Experience with recruitment portals, passive hiring.
2. Proficiency in Excel.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Females only.
5. Candidates who can join immediately.
6. Availability for face-to-face interviews (no remote work options).
