Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Oversee employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution, grievances, and workplace issues.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that comply with labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate and manage performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
Develop and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Provide HR support to management and employees, including advising on HR-related issues and compliance matters.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with industry standards and company goals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations and manage employee records.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employees skills and career growth.
Maintain HR metrics and reports to monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and overseeing the offboarding process.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employee relations.
Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., Odoo ERP, HRIS, etc.).
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
